Michael DePhillips

Michael has been living and breathing the industry since graduating with a finance degree from The University of New Hampshire. He began his career as a sales agent at a small firm, where he gained valuable experience and knowledge of the residential and commercial markets. As he built his reputation and network, he decided to branch out and venture into real estate asset management for some of the world’s largest banking institutions.

During his time in banking, Michael worked directly with high-net-worth individuals to sell, purchase, manage and analyze Real Estate assets held within trust. Operating in capacity as a fiduciary for his entire career, Michael has a proven track record of putting his client's best interest first and foremost. 

In 2021, Michael left banking to pursue his passion, and formed Majestic Realty Co. with his partners to provide a true full-service real estate experience to the state of New Jersey.

 

Michael is proud of what he has accomplished, but he and his team are hungry to continue to push the boundaries. Looking ahead, Michael is excited about the future of the industry and Majestic’s role in it. He plans to continue growing his business and expanding his reach, while never losing sight of the values that have guided his throughout his career - honesty, integrity, and a client first mentality.
